We have now caught up with our pre-orders, and ready-pick is again available, boxed and sorted or freezer-ready. Of course U-pick is still going strong, with individual pick rates at the highest of this season.

The bushes are very full, the picking is easy, and the mosquitoes have nearly vanished. Things are looking up. Picture taken minutes ago.

We started U-pick today. There are plenty of ripe berries, and the weather has been good for them. The pictures were taken in the last few minutes. Because of Covid19, I ask that you bring your own containers. I should not pass picking pails from one customer to another because of the possibility of virus spread. We will have non-contact weighing, so you can place your own berries on the scale. We also have non-contact pay available with tap-touch cards. Price for U-pick is $1.75/lb. Ready-pick is still very limited until I fill some existing orders.

Our blueberry bushes are now in full bloom, most of the blossoms have opened, and I took some photos today. We have had wonderful weather the past three months, great for pruning the bushes and preparing the field. The bees are arriving, hopefully in large numbers, to complete pollination. The pandemic situation is the big unknown for us.
