Hi everyone I thought in jump on here since I haven’t been on in a while and give you some news!! NO we are not opened yet and we won’t know until hopefully Monday when Mr.Ford is supposed to announce! BUT....I am going to rebook clients starting with this in January who had an appt and then move down the names and the months, so if you would like your name in our list please send us a msg on this page with your Name and info and what you are wanting done as well as with who... it Being Em, Michelle or France for Hair and Mariah for all other Esthetics needs!! Also please be patient as we have two months worth of clients to rebook accordingly and then keep you all of you in so it will not get done in two days but we will work as fast as we can so bare with us and be nice!! So I am aware of the Slandering of my Business today with an unhappy grandmother about the price of a clients hair ( her 18 year old grand-daughter)There is no reason to start justifying the price of services rendered since no one has seen her hair and knows what she wanted! This was a full color correction with added balayage and a haircut! I did a thorough consultation with her and gave her different options and even discussed pricing about said services and she agreed and ...we went forward with it!! Just because she is being nosy and putting her 5 cents in her business this young lady knew what she was getting into and I did not price gauge her in any way shape or form, she simply paid for services rendered! The grandmother requested I refund her money to this young lady and I kindly declined because I don’t work for free and I did not do a bad job or anything wrong on my part! I don’t tolerates bullying or threatening which was that if I didn’t refund her per grandmothers request not her parents or this said young lady requested but her grandmother, that she would go to the Media!! But at the end of the day it’s ok cause Slandering a business on Social Media is actually illegal and my Lawyer will be involved if she doesn’t take that ridiculous post down! So consider this a warning! ;)! Now you can all Share this like you did her post without all facts of the whole story! Shame on you!!
