Wagyu strip lion, Demi glacé, hassleback potato, French bean, and butter poached heirloom carrot medley, with sauce choron, and maldon salt. Make sure the beef and potato go into the oven for 5minutes at 375 to heat through, and re crisp the potato. Vegetables stay in bag and get boiled for 5 minutes. Demi into a pot at low heat. While we are in the red zone we will still be open for dine in service. Your safety is still our utmost priority while offering top notch service, food, and drink. We strongly recommend making reservations, as dining space is limited to ten seats indoors, and four out back (heaters, and blankets provided). Any walk ins will be limited to availability and reservations will take priority. Our cleaning and safety measures remain the same as we have been practicing red zone standards since the beginning of the pandemic. Take out remains available, either by phone, or through the website. Thank you for reading our update.
