COVID 19 To our friends and clients, COVID 19 will change our lives in many as of yet unknown ways. To try and protect the health of my staff, my clients and their pets I have adopted the following plan to address the immediate concerns between now and June 1st.... 1) Adjusting hours- this is a fluid situation, call before you come. 2) Staggering appointments to reduce contact between clients. If you have an appointment please be on time or call to avoid overlaps. Matters that can be handled by phone and common sense will be. 3) I have reviewed the files of those patients who normally schedule their annual exams during this period and we are calling you with our recommendations. Please call us back promptly if you receive a message. 4) Dogs and heartworm: If you are normally on preventative call us, we will also be calling you. 5) Please don’t attempt to hoard food or medication, but do pay attention to your supply. Refills May take longer to order and receive. Supply chains could be interrupted at any time so please be prompt in addressing these matters. We are a small clinic, but with planning, common sense, patience and kindness, we will do our best to keep everyone safe and healthy. -Anya
