Calgary is no stranger to snow, cold winds, and chilling temperatures in the winter months. Stay safe by following these tips: Take it slow when shoveling snow. Warm up your muscles prior to shoveling, avoid over-exerting yourself and protect your heart from added stress by taking regular breaks. Wear boots with added traction and walk slowly to avoid slips, trips and falls on icy sidewalks. Wear layers to prevent frostbite. Don’t forget a face mask!... #WinterSafety #Calgary
