What excites us most about our growing business is the opportunity if gives me as creator to try new things, and work with extremely talented people. For exam...ple, this local jazz singer has had no place to perform since the beginning of the pandemic. I'm thrilled to say we found a stage for Nicole Dawn to showcase her talent. Oh - and yes, that's REALLY her singing. I'll admit it - we reached deep to try to pull this one off, and no, its not perfect. So many things went wrong in the production of this video, and we almost never posted it. But this past week, something amazing happened. A fan of our YouTube channel called me up and booked a showing. They weren't working with an agent, and they wanted to see this $2.68 Million home. 24 hours later we were under contract for over 98.5% of list price. This coming year we have some incredible homes to introduce you to, and we can't wait to keep pushing ourselves!
