COVID-19 Update ***I will now be SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS. *** ***That being said, please read below.***... I will be keeping track of the rapidly changing conditions and wanted to update you on the situation regarding my auto detailling services. From a business perspective, it is my primary responsibility to ensure that my clients are safe from the virus. I want to assure you that i am taking all the necessary measures to ensure that I have created a safe environment not only for myself here but for my customers as well. Please take time and go through the precautions I have listed below, if there are any questions that you need to ask or if you require further clarification on something, kindly feel free to contact me. Here’s what I am doing to ensure a safe environment. 1) Zero-tolerance for any individual that shows or are experiencing symptoms likely to suggest that they have Covid-19. Once an appointment is scheduled, I will ask you basic questions relating to the virus such as: have you or anyone that has used the vehicle experienced symptoms of the virus, has anyone been in contact with someone who has tested positive, etc. By answering no to all of these questions, the appointment will remain. Otherwise, it will be cancelled. 2) A mask and gloves will be used when in contact with your vehicle, and will be disposed of immediately after the job is complete. If for whatever reason I need to step away for a quick second or even look at my phone, I will replace my PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. 3) All the touch-points in your car (gear shifts, door handles, keys, switches, seat belts) will be disinfected before and after the servicing. 4) I will be the only one in contact with your vehicle. 5) Since I am an independent employee, the minute I come down with symptoms - ALL appointments will be cancelled until further notice. It is my goal to continue providing my services to you in the highest quality and the safest way during this difficult time.
