We are SO glad to welcome Marie Stevens to our team!! Marie is our newest account manager, and MAN has she hit the ground running! A former lash artist turned business coach, turned Facebook Ad Strategist; Marie was also a former client of ours, making her the perfect fit for our organization. She has the experience to coach business owners through our process, and the technical skills to give them real answers about how to grow their business.... Everytime a new staff member comes on board, the dynamics of our small team change a bit, but we've really enjoyed the camaraderie, collaboration and friendliness that Marie has brought to our team. Do your clients and followers feel like they are a member of your COMMUNITY? This is something we have done some soul searching around. Though we are very active on social, we weren't sure if it felt like we were building a community. So we brainstormed some things we could do with our social to make you and followers like you, FEEL engaged, invested, and a part of something bigger.... (In case you're wanting to do this on your own account, here's some ideas we had that you can also integrate) 1. Ask more questions. Encourage those comments and feedback from the group. Post more polls and have people vote on things to share their perspectives. 2. Showcase OTHERS on our feed. For example, although we are always showing off new brands, we want to share more about how our clients are succeeding in their businesses AFTER their rebrands. 3. Encourage more user-generated content. Solicit images, stories and wins. 4. Talk about shared goals and values. We want to show people what we have in common. 5. Use more words like "you", "us", "the community". 6. Create a community hashtag and encourage others to use it. Do you have any other tips for creating feelings of community among your followers? Feel free to use any of these suggestions, and plan to make "growing a community" one of the tasks on your social feeds over the coming weeks! We want to hear from you!

Use your social to educate your clients about your consults or your sales process. What does it look like? What will they get? Give them a window into the experience so they can appreciate the value you offer. (And make sure you pair that with a STELLAR photo, like this one for Stonehouse Staging )
