It's been an interesting week! My first week in a licensed kitchen! I have laughed a little bit, I have cried a lot, I have been stressed out 90% of the time and I am learning every day! Such as learning how to operate this Beast of a mixer.

HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT! Next week I am moving into Soulful Kafe at 81 Brant Ave! What does this mean for my loyal customers? I will now be operating out of a fully licensed kitchen... my production will be increased so hopefully no more waitlist you will be able to pop up to the counter and order single Bagels I will be able to experiment with many more flavour combinations you will still be able to pre-order your half dozen and baker's dozen bagels no more driving across the city to come to my house, I am now in a central location that is easily accessible to everybody I ask everybody for their patience next week as I learn my way around a big girl kitchen! Please also remember that I am a one-woman show just trying to bring happiness and bagels to the community! Thank you for your support everyone!
