Dear Valued Clients, We are happy to inform you that we are finalizing our plan to reopen our office next week Jun 8,2020. Following our 3 month closure in response to the state of emergency measures, we are looking forward to seeing you again for your dental treatments. You can be sure that we have made the necessary changes to adhere to the return-to-work protocols that have been developed by the public health and dental authorities in order to avoid the spread of COVID-1...9. There are some changes for your dental appointment. Please make sure to only bring yourself to the appointment; If you need a caregiver, then you may bring one only. No additional family members. You are required to wear a mask/scarf to our office for your appointment. We will screen you before and at your appointment. Please wait in your car and give us a call when you arrive for your dental appointment. One of our team members may bring you in. You will enter the office from the side parking lot entrance and the office back door. If the door is locked please knock or call the office. You may receive a confirmation email before your appointment, including some documents that must be signed on your appointment. Since we are all navigating back into the new norm, it may slow down some of our procedures. We will do our best to provide you with the same level of high quality dental treatments. Mar 17,2020 Dear Patients, We have just received notification from the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario advising all dental offices to suspend all non-essential and elective dental services due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This directive is effective immediately and will be re-evaluated in April. Therefore, until further notice we will be temporarily closing our office. ... If you have an appointment scheduled in March please consider it cancelled. We will be in touch to reschedule as soon as we know more details. We are so sorry for the inconvenience this will cause but truly appreciate your understanding and patience during these uncertain times. We will be monitoring phones, email, and text during the office closure. For the quickest response please text us at 519-774-7548. Please do not show up at the office as our doors will be closed. We will schedule emergency appointments on an as- needed individual basis. Any dental emergency involving severe pain, bleeding, swelling, and/ or infection, please call Dr. Grace Liu at 519-774-7548 for consultation.
