Love this Mini Loaf pan. It makes the bet snack size everything! Banada Bread, Blueberry "muffins", Meat loaf, crustless Quiche, Pancakes go...so many things! I love them because they are super easy to make, they are easily portioned, AND they freeze well! A great addition to the lunch box that doesn't need to be defrosted ahead of time (it will defrost by lunch and help keep other food cold too!). Let's be honest...the best wings you would ever get were always from a Pub! Until now that is...You will NEVER go out for chicken wings again when you see how easy it is to make Pub quality chicken wings at home!
