Great article showcasing the property value that you get in Calgary compared to other big cities in Canada.
With kids out of school for summer, what is everyone doing to manage the heat wave and stay out of trouble? I'm a born and raised Calgarian and I don't remember a heat wave like this before.
Having worked at CP Rail 15 years ago, I'm happy to see a merger like this that will allow them to continue growing while headquartered here in Calgary.
Glad to see Alberta getting more attention from the film industry as production spending could double in 2021 from the highs seen in 2020.
Good movement with December homes sales. Curious to see what happens over the next few months.
Will any golf courses reopen in Calgary to accommodate the nice weather that's coming our way?
With winter weather here to stay, I was happy to see this announcement today.
It's always a good day when you can get some golf in with Key Partners!
As the COVID-19 deferral periods on mortgages, loans, credit cards, lines of credit and other products come to an end, what does that mean for you?
Proud husband moment. Check out Ivana Dojcinovic's self care segment on CTV this morning... better yet book an appointment with her and see for yourself! https://www.sweetskinbyivana.ca
Doesn't sound like a bad idea to me...
I'm curious to see what is shared with the update planned for this afternoon.
Data shows that while Canadian consumers are buying food, alcohol and cleaners more than they did a year ago, other items are dropping off their shopping lists.
When was the last time you played a game of Monopoly?
Interesting take on current events...
On this National Physicians Day, Scotiabank and its employees are so thankful to all our frontline healthcare workers. We, along with MD Financial Management and the Canadian Medical Association have committed $4.6 million to our medical and specialty association partners across Canada. Thank you for all you do!
Food for thought...
Good news for Calgary and Alberta!
Stay safe out there everyone!
Canadians who have lost their jobs or cannot work because of the coronavirus outbreak could be eligible for support from the provincial and federal government, which has put in place emergency measures to aid workers who would not normally qualify for employment insurance (EI) or are caring for sick family members.
I think we can all relate to some of these items that have eaten to much of our time.
Unfortunate business news to start the week. I'm curious to see how this unfolds.
Unfortunately, we're stuck with the horrible cold for another week. Stay warm friends as we might hit some record lows in the next few days.
Interesting look at the 46 new laws coming across Canada in 2020.
Personally... I'm curious to see what the new Bronco and Corvette look like up close.
Interesting take on disruptive technologies and how folks are investing in them for the future.
It's always a great time when I can work with Key Partners to sponsor family friendly events. Big thank you to Ly Lam from Suncor and Aimee Fode from Cooperators Group Auto & Home Insurance. Last night Aimee and I sponsored the goodie bags at the Suncor Social Club Star War's movie event. A great time was had by all and I look forward to more events in 2020. Cheers!
As more employers use machine-learning systems to screen out candidates, how do you make sure your application doesn't get lost in the bunch? This articles shares some great tips on how to "get past the bots".
If this is true... I'll take it!
Interesting to see where the new "hotspots" are...
On Saturday, December 7, Canadian movie-lovers and families are invited to visit their local Cineplex theatre to enjoy a morning of festive fun and FREE movies! For this year's Community Day, Cineplex has partnered with Warner Bros. Pictures Canada to offer a line-up of favourite holiday flicks for movie-lovers of all ages, including A Christmas Story, Elf, Gremlins, The Polar Express and National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. Guests can also enjoy popular concession items like popcorn, soft drinks and select candy for just $2.50 each, with all proceeds from donations and select concession sales supporting Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada.
I'm curious to see the results and innovation from this digital transformation.
This should help as we head into this winters drilling season.
Interesting acquisition. I think the synergy between both brands will benefit each other tremendously.
Interesting acquisition... I see a lot of synergy and opportunity ahead because of it.

What a way to end a story arc! I used to collect and read comic books when I was a kid 30 years ago and never would have imagined a 10+ year timeline that would bring these characters to life the way Marvel and Disney have. Kuddo's to keeping the spoilers at a minimum and can't wait to see what's next! https://www.rollingstone.com//avengers-endgame-box-office/

Ever wonder what Calgary looked like 60+ years ago? A fellow Calgarian was kind enough to upload some ancient 8mm film footage to Youtube found in their grandmother’s basement showing good ol’ Calgary in its junior years, AKA the 1950s. https://dailyhive.com/ca/calgary-looked-1950s-video-history
