BLACK + BLUE 5.5% ABV // 0 IBU Blackberry Blueberry Sour 2020 left us feeling pretty bruised up so we felt it was appropriate to brew up Black + Blue. A nice balance of sweet and tangy will help ease the sting of the gong show that was 2020. Happy New Year!

DEXTER 5.5% ABV // 15 IBU Milk Stout Notes of rich dark chocolate, coffee and biscuits shine through in this classic stout. The combination of flaked oats and a touch of lactose round out the mouthfeel nicely, providing some extra perceived sweetness.... This stout was named after Bryan's pug dog that helped with many of the developmental home brews that led to this stout recipe.

BRIGHT: STRATA 5.0% ABV // 25 IBU Pale Ale w/ Strata One of our favorites is back again! Strata hops are bursting with notes of strawberry, passionfruit and cannabis.

SOUR PEACHES 5.0% ABV // 0 IBU Peach Sour We conditioned this sour on an over the top amount of peach puree, creating a beer that is nearing sour peach candy territory. Every sip is a throwback to the simpler times of childhood.
