Given the various emergency measures now in place to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Canadian Film Institute is postponing its European Union Short Film Festival and its 24th Latin American Film Festival. These events, which were to take place in mid-April and early May, respectively, will be rescheduled for another time to be determined. These are challenging times for all of us.
