So, get outside and join in on our Feel Good February challenge! For the month of February:... Post a picture of you moving anywhere, any way! It can be a picture of you OR the scenery. The pandemic had a huge impact on BRIGHT Run 2020, but it didn't have an impact on our fundraising success! Raising over $330,000, BRIGHT Run 2020 brought our 13 year total to over $4.5 million dollars for local breast cancer research. Take a look at how BRIGHT Run team, In It Together, got creative this year to fundraise safely, all in the name of BRIGHT.

David’s been busy exploring the trails with Presley for Feel Good February!

Dr. Bindi Dhesy is concerned about the impact COVID-19 is having on breast cancer diagnoses and treatment, and so are we. Bindi is a medical oncologist at the Juravinski Cancer Centre (JCC) and a BRIGHT Run executive member. In her experience, it appears that some patients with symptoms have delayed seeing their doctors and having diagnostic tests because they’re worried about getting COVID. While there is reason to take extra precautions, please don't hesitate to call a doctor or book a breast assessment. Breast cancer doesn't stop for COVID, and early detection is a key to positive treatment outcomes.

It’s been exactly 2 months since BRIGHT Run 2020 and we can’t help but reflect back on what an amazing year it was. Despite some seemingly big hurdles, we raised BIG dollars for breast cancer research and that is thanks to all of you. Many of the friendly faces of BRIGHT Run 2020! We loved seeing all of your photos roll in during this year's virtual event. From waterfronts to forests, neighbourhoods to the comfort of your couches, your participation and support of BRIGHT Run means the world to us.

Halloween might look a little different this year, but it’s the best day to wear a mask! We hope everyone has been enjoying their pink and black BRIGHT Run masks.
