Born and raised in the North Bay community, I am eager to be coming back to my roots. I am currently a master’s student with Yorkville University and I am thankful for the opportunity to work and learn alongside Brigitte Lebel. My priority is to support you in achieving your personal goals, in a strength based, collaborative, respectful manner. I strive to create a safe environment where you can be vulnerable and authentic to who you are. If 2020 has taught us anything it is that life can throw many unexpected challenges our way. It is normal during this time of uncertainty to feel unsettling anxiety and overwhelmed. I can help you overcome some of the struggles associated with this anxiety, and provide you with new tools and strategies that you can easily incorporate into your daily life. I have extensive experience working with children and youth, parents and professionals. I currently work within a family treatment program and historically have provided play therapy to children between the ages of 3-12 years old. My passion is simply to provide a safe relationship and to walk alongside you in your journey.
