Friendly reminder to all members and guests to follow all Covid-19 protocols and recommendations laid out by the local health unit and Stingers/the Club. All people must sign in and out at the door upon entry, sanitize your hands, wear your mask and social distance whenever possible. Members are responsible for any and all guests they bring into the building (this includes opening doors for anyone) so please ensure everyone is signing in. Let’s help keep everyone safe and our businesses open in these difficult times.

Our Club continues to Grow! Welcome to all the recent pickleball, badminton and tennis members. Going to be a great winter!!

With the living legend Scott Morrison out with a should injury, the two challengers Antony Bateson and Matt Boyd squared off in this Wednesday’s Ladder Match. Unfortunately the TSN crew arrived 15 minutes late and by the time they had setup the thrashing was already over. A solid 3-0 win for the underdog Boyd. Bateson could be heard muttering he gets all the bounces as he crawled off the court. This long running challenge hasn’t seen its last match as these two competitors were seen shortly after with beverages in hand already planning their next victories. Who will be the next to climb?

Starting This Tuesday October 13th. Enter through the main doors at Stingers and register at the courts. All skill levels welcome - we have 4 active courts to enjoy, as well as a full Tennis court! Round Robin style with everyone rotating through games equally.

Massive challenge from Antony Bateson to the topped ranked Scott Morrison at the Brockville Squash Club this afternoon! Despite fighting through multiple injuries and a Bateson biased ref, Morrison was able to extend his record setting 7 month reign with a 3-1 victory. Morrison was later overheard saying ‘maybe I can find some competition in pickleball’...

Badminton Drop In (All Skill Levels) (All 4 courts available) Thursdays 6-9pm (This may expand if various skill levels want more or less competition) Pickleball (All Skill Levels) Looking for feedback on if Pickleball players would like to setup a couple time-slots for drop in play.
