I work with the Land Department and have the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of tasks, including planning approvals, acquisition/sale of lots, and construction management. ... What's the thing you like best about working with Brookfield Residential? I enjoy the opportunity to do something different every day. With the wide variety of projects and many of them at different stages of development, each and every day is unique. What's your daily work day must-have? My cell phone is probably the most important thing to have, for both email and calls. Outside of new homes and communities, what are you passionate about? I really enjoy outdoor sports and spending time with family while cooking on the grill outside. What's your favourite movie? Anything 007. If you could swap places with anyone at Brookfield for a day, who would it be and why? One of our site supers. I think it would be interesting to see the homebuilding process firsthand and to witness all of the day-to-day challenges that come with new home construction. What's your top tip for new homeowners and home buyers? Don’t be afraid to ask questions during the construction process. We have a great team here who can answer or get the answer to any questions you may have. What are you looking forward to the most?
