Turbo Tuesday! We threw this wicked tow/daily 64mm Dan's Diesel Performance, INC stage 2 turbo into this 2007 LMM Duramax to replace the abused stock turbo! Modified some exhaust pipes with heat wrap, new seals, and a re-routed turbo oil supply for better liberation! And for a final touch we flashed an emissions compliant added hp tune to this stock running unit to aid the use of its emissions and get better response and temps in all areas of the engine!

Brand new 6 Zone Offroad lift kit with Fox shocks and ReadyLift Suspension Inc. 2.5 lift keys to help adjustments and get it off the ground to clear the new 35/12.5R20 wheel & tire setup. Efi Live tunes from Coopers Custom Solutions on a Dsp5 switch and an Edge Products Cts2 monitor to get rid of the old H&S chip. S&B Filters cold air intake to make sure there’s no shortage of air for those high hp tun...es. Billet 1.5 rear wheel spacers to get the rear end out enough to match the front end stance. Modified and repaired the exhaust to a straight piped axle dump system to make heads turn with a heavy foot. 6 Firestone Ride Rite lift blocks to get the air bags back to where they need to be. NorCal fender modification on the inside of the front end to help get another 2 of clearance for those big tires. And made a few other repairs along the way as well as sent him off with some 12 B-Tech Diesel plated Trigger Industries kickbacks! Got this clean 2012 LML Duramax in for a full Egr and Dpf delete along with some goodies! Complete removal of all Egr and Dpf parts including the 9th injector. Modified passenger side up pipe to prevent a dead head blow out later on. Full 4 Flo~Pro Performance Exhaust system with an added Donaldson muffler to keep it almost as quiet as stock. S&B Filters cold air intake to help the engine breath... CCS Tuning SOTF tuning with 3 tunes. Transmission tuning with an added Deviant Race Parts Epc fooler to help the transmission shift smooth and keep the shift pressures high, as well as new synthetic fluid and new filters! See more
