Lots of lawnmower decks to repair, some have had much well use and impacts. But we fixed them up and got them back out to the customer!

Drilling bolt holes. 11xD and bored out to 1-7.5MM taper. Some custom fab from 1/2 stock to 12MM thick bandsaw inserts. And 100 plastic parts cut and bored to diameter, with a nice surprise in one part.

Here in the shop, we have been busy turning out parts, like a custom shaft extension for an electric motor, complete with keyways. And a dozen brackets to hang out in the water all made of stainless. Got a project, we got you covered!

A couple of the projects through the door, an 8 foot fence opening will be filled with these one off aluminum fence gates. To be filled with boards to finish it off at the customer. And a simple aluminum weld on a power steering aluminum catch can for some AN-8 fittings, turned down on the lathe to fit and be recessed. Any aluminum, any time.
