2020 was alot of things...... . It definitely taught us that mental strength and mindset are more important than physical strength and six packs. The gym is therapeutic for so many people in so many unique ways. It's a community, of like-minded people, working on their stuff and bettering themselves each and every day. It's building strength, discipline, and resilience, physically at first, to be able to handle anything and everything this crazy world will throw our way. As w...e bid farewell to another year, I'd like to thank you all for your amazing support, unwavering co-operation, and inspiring perseverance. Seeing your happy faces (I know you're smiling under there) walk through those gym doors makes my day, everyday, and I couldn't do it withoutcha! Starting Friday, November 27th masks will be mandatory to enter Built 4 Life, and must be worn at all times throughout the facility. You can NO LONGER remove your mask during times of physical exertion. And yes this includes all cardio and fitness classes unfortunately. . If you forgot your mask, there will be some available for purchase during office hours. . Please continue to social distance and disinfect all equipment after each use. Remember to use proper hand washing... techniques, as well as hand sanitizer, and please stay home if you are experiencing any covid related symptoms. .
