Hi facebook friends, We have a wonderful story for you. Meet Stewart, he is an 11 month old Maine Coon/Tabby who was brought into our clinic after being attacked by what we believe was a coyote. Dr. Moaveni wanted to try and save his life. With 100% confidence and a big heart, he got to it.... Stewart underwent many procedures. He was in very rough shape but had the spirit of a lion. This boy showed the staff here what a fighter he was! Stewart had a feeding tube, a wire placed on his bottom jaw to mend the fractures and had to be assisted with feeding. Even like that he would try hard to meow and show love stunning us all with his sweet nature. After a few weeks Stewart’s feeding tube was removed, he was neutered and moved to a bigger enclosure for exercise and able to eat soft food on his own. Shortly after Stewart was moved to our Kitty Hotel where he is currently housed. He had his wire removed last week and vaccines updated! Now eating hard food and putting weight on like a champ, it’s time in Stewart’s journey to get the love and family he deserves. He loves head rubs, cuddles and high fives! This boy has won the hearts of all of our staff. If we all could keep him we would. However in loving this boy we know the best thing that we can do next is to find him a home! If you are interested in Stewart, and would like more info or want to set up a viewing. Please call the clinic at 604-521-0781 as we don’t check/respond to messages through Facebook.
