Hello everyone We miss all our friends and we hope that you are staying healthy and being good for your parents. Here is an idea to keep those little ones busy ... pick a theme ... for example birds( cause its spring) Lets pick a woodpecker... find some fun facts about them... work on the letter W...look up a fun craft and watch a video about woodpecker ... lots of great sites for crafts and work sheets. Giving the children just a little structure everyday will help ...them while being so home bound! We are still taking registration for the fall! Busy Bees is collecting food donations this December to help families during the holidays. Its a great way to show our children the gift of giving.

Well it's May so that means it's Pet Month. If you want to share your family pet for show and tell please arrange a time with your child's home room teacher. Children can also bring pictures of the pets too.

Happy Easter everyone. We are going to be closed for our Easter Holidays from Friday 14th and we will reopen Monday 24th. Let's hope the weather cooperates so we can get outside and enjoy spring. Busy Bees Preschool has officially been in Business for 20 Years. Colleen and Penny would like to thank ALL of the families for their business and trusting us with their children. Just a quick message to all parents. Please keep your child in sight at all times once you leave the premises. A little one was getting into the vehicle but mom had to make a quick car seat adjustment. The little one wondered off giving mom a scare and she needed some help to find her little one. They are much faster than we give them credit, so PLEASE keep them very close out in the parking lot

Wow Busy Bees Preschool was voted #1 Preschool in the city. What an Amazing compliment to us and our AWESOME staff. We want to thank all of them for their dedication to childcare and our philosophy of teaching. We also want to thank all of the families we have had through the past 19 years. It is that time of year---REGISTRATION for the FALL 2016. We are starting registration on FEBRUARY 1, 2016, Doors open at 8:45 am. It is a little heck tick but please be patient and we will get everyone's forms in. If you come after 9:00 am the door will be locked. Please ring the doorbell outside and one of us will be happy to help you. If its for a tour please call ahead and book with one of the Directors. For children re-registering it will only be one sheet. For new ch...ildren it will be a complete registration form. We will take registration forms for children 2 1/2 but spot will only be given to them IF the class is not full. A 2 1/2 Year old takes up 2 spots so it is only available if there is room. We are also offering an afternoon class only for 2 1/2 year old's. This class will only have 6 spots available on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons (must register for both days), so if you want to guarantee your 2 1/2 year old has a spot we recommend this class. If you have more questions about the 2 1/2 year program please call. Registration for the 3 - 5 year old's will be on a first come first serve basis. Morning programs fill fast so please have form filled out with a $20.00 registration fee attached. We offer classes for children in Kindergarten on their alternating days. Busy Bees has lots of options for families wanting a preschool experience for children 2 1\2 to kindergarten age. Our staff is well qualified and experienced in the field of childcare. Hi families hope you had a wonderful Christmas. Lots are asking about our Christmas songs. We had trouble sending them so now we are condensing the files so they will send. Well, well can't believe we are into December already. This is a busy month for us. 1. This week we are taping our little Christmas concert. - after we get everything taped we will send four or five songs to your email address. This will take a little time to sort out but the plan is to have it to you by the holidays or during the holidays. 2. The last day of school for us is the 18th. And we return on the 4 the of January. 3. All of our art will be Christmas theme...d. This month we are not doing any letters for the train. We will start that back up when we return in the new year. The open house went very well. Thanks for bringing your children in to ease the anxiety of the first day of school. It helps us as teachers meet the children so our first day is calm too. Just remember we want to ease everyone into the new year, it's a process and takes time. On the first day it is a little crazy but in a very short time the children will soon trust us and the tears and fears will turn into smiles and laughter with excitement to see new friends and teachers.... So just a reminder school starts SEPTEMBER 8th. Doors open at 8:45 am- pick up time is 11:45 am - till noon. Afternoon door opens at 12:45 and pick up is 3:45-4:00.
