The Bytown Fire Brigade Board of Directors made history last night by holding our very 1st virtual video conference Board meeting. We had a successful 2 hour meeting discussing many operational issues. The Board has unanimously agreed to follow City of Ottawa Health recommendations and agreed to continue suspending operations of the Brigade until at least June 30th, 2020. The Board will meet again next month to discuss future plans for the Brigade. The Board also passed a motion to control spending during #COVID19 as donations are down during this pandemic. https://www.bytownfire.ca/donate-today or by sending an e-transfer to [email protected]
