We’re super excited to finally show this kitchen transformation off now that the long awaited fridge has arrived. This space was originally divided by a laundry room right in the middle of the small kitchen and dining room. From concept to completion. This 850 sq ft Trex deck was a fun build. The expansive open concept deck with covered bbq area and second story deck with an unobstructed view thanks to Regal railings textured black glass system. We used Trex Rain Escape drainage system to create a useable dry space below. The homeowners are repeat clients that have been dreaming of the perfect compliment to their massive backyard with plenty of room to entertain. Topped off with the hot tub nest...led underneath the second story deck for added privacy.
