Emergency appointments are permitted in clinic and we have implemented the following guidelines in order to ensure your hearing aids are always in working order.... 1. Instructional Videos We have published new how-to instructional videos on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/calgaryhearingaid/ and our website www.calgaryhearingaid.ca/hearing-help in order for you to keep your hearing aids working. 2. Drive-Thru Feel free to stop by and pick anything up, or have your hearing aids looked at, you can park outside the clinic and a staff member will retrieve your hearing aids, examine and repair them, and bring them back to you at your vehicle. 3. Drop off Phone one of our clinics and schedule to have a healthy loved one bring your hearing aid in for repair. 4. Delivery We can have hearing aids, hearing aid accessories, batteries, etc., delivered right to your door if necessary. 5. E-Commerce We are also working on an e-commerce site in order for you to purchase batteries and various hearing aid accessories directly from the website. We look forward to helping you out with all your hearing health needs. We hope you are all safe and healthy. We remain open and are still scheduling and booking appointments in order to continue to provide outstanding, essential, hearing health services. We may, however, be reducing hours at some of our clinics and doors may be locked in between visits, as we are practicing strict infection control practices. We are taking extra precautions to do our part to help prevent the spread. For all of us working at Calgary Hearing Aid and Audiology, th...e health of our clients and visitors has always been a priority. An Infection Control Plan was implemented at all clinics on March 9, 2020. Our Infection Control Plan reinforces vigilance on best practices and infection control. Alberta Health Services has implemented guidelines for prevention and self-isolation for those who are at risk or have been exposed to the virus. Call Health Link 811 for further detailed instructions if you or any members of your household are not feeling well, especially if you have travelled out of country within the last month, and/or have flu-like symptoms. If any of this applies to you, please do not visit the clinic. If you find your hearing aids are not working properly and you are unable to visit one of our 4 clinics to have them repaired, we have implemented different action plans to ensure your hearing aids are always in working order.
