Kinsmen Club of Calgary back in the community helping local seniors. We helped four seniors through Calgary Seniors Society with odd jobs around the house. Last stop was miscellaneous yard work. Great job guys!!!!

Did you know in 1975, McQueen Home founder, Ruth Peterson’s vision was for her young son Gerry, to have a place to call home in the community with other young a...dults with disabilities or medical conditions. It was a place for them to thrive and actively participate in their community. . Like any home, residents dine together, watch hockey, play board games, provide input on their home, and enjoy many summer barbecues. They are engaged and active members of their community. . Easter Seals Alberta’s McQueen Home is currently home to nine individuals living with a disability, who, due to their high medical needs, would be unable to live independently without support.
