Hosting safe events is possible when you have the right measures in place. For in-person and hybrid events, we encourage the use of assigned seats to minimize the number of people using the same chair and place setting. These "available" and "occupied" seating cards were created to help attendees follow this new protocol, and to support the planner in managing the sitting process onsite. ... #WeMeetAgain

When meeting safely is the goal, we must think outside the box. This is one of the event set ups created by our team in the last few weeks for a corporate meeting. What made this a safe and successful event?... - Physical distance: The large "U" table allowed for participants to be seated 6ft apart from each other. - Individual work stations: Each seat was equipped with a personal microphone, chair, outlet power bar, and pens. - Screening: All attendees were screened for Covid-19 symptoms, including temperature check. - Risk assessments: Before every event, our team conducts risks assessments to ensure every detail is considered and risks are mitigated. When planning for a safe return of events to the Centre, we implemented some venue modifications, including designated entry and exit points, one-way traffic indicators and other signage, temporary barriers and floor demarcation, all of which serve to enhance physical distancing measures.
