How does catering for events look now while maintaining the appropriate distance and health requirements needed? The answer is simple: you have to adapt. Hosting safe events is possible when you have the right measures in place. When meeting safely is the goal, we must think outside the box. This is one of the event set ups created by our team in the last few weeks for a corporate meeting. What made this a safe and successful event?... - Physical distance: The large "U" table allowed for participants to be seated 6ft apart from each other. - Individual work stations: Each seat was equipped with a personal microphone, chair, outlet power bar, and pens. - Screening: All attendees were screened for Covid-19 symptoms, including temperature check. - Risk assessments: Before every event, our team conducts risks assessments to ensure every detail is considered and risks are mitigated. Safe events are possible with the right protocols in place. Learn more about our safety strategy: https://calgary-convention.com/covid-19-our-safety-measures/ See more

Event design has been and will always be a very important part of planning any experience. Although physical distance and safety measures have changed the way we meet, having a good set up with the right elements has truly helped attendees in our recent events feel more comfortable and engaged during their visit. : Decor & More Inc.
