This is what it means to be a hero! Marc Ungar is part of the Community Paramedicine pilot program, putting himself at risk to provide COVID-19 vaccines. Marc works with the City of Greater Sudbury as a Care Transitions Community Paramedic, is a part-time professor for Cambrian’s Paramedic program, graduate of Cambrian’s Primary Care and Advanced Care Paramedic programs and all around front-line hero. ... Marc shares that "Community Paramedicine allows Paramedics the opportunity to provide COVID-19 Vaccines to our homebound population when in a crisis, need us most. We have been invited to assist in Vaccination Clinics that allow us to vaccinate large numbers of our residents during this pandemic. This is the greatest sense of community that a Paramedic can have during these trying times." We are so grateful to have Marc as part of the Cambrian community. And to all our front-line heroes thank you for everything that you do and your resilience during this time!

We always love hearing what Cambrian graduates are doing! Luc graduated from the Graphic Design Program in 2015 and was working in the Mining Industry as a graphic designer. More recently Luc transitioned into the Medical field where he is now working for the Public Health Sudbury & Districts and learning a lot during that transition. ... Congratulations to Brian and Nhu Yen on their recent wedding! We’re very happy for the newlyweds! They studied at Cambrian together and are both recent graduates, Nhu Yen in the Personal Support Worker program and Brian just received his Automotive diploma. Congrats!
