Our quick response by Friday, Nov 27th! CSBC Mission Team members continue their Love-in-Action stand as they respond to an urgent call from "Fenelon Falls For First Peoples". Grand Chief Glen Hare has asked for assistance in providing food for Pic River and Pic Mobert First Nations on the northwestern shores of Lake Superior, between Sault Ste. Marie and Thunder Bay. Next week the Grand Chief will pick-up and transport our non-perishable food items directly to the reserves before the weather ‘sets-in’. Msg Jeannette Bales if you’d like to take part in another of our outreach initiatives. You’ll be blessed for blessing others this week! Drop-off and pick-up available.
Sending off 172 gift-filled shoeboxes during this time of uncertainty. Children need Joy now more than ever. Thank you CSBC and friends for making this year a Generous one!
This year our Canadian shoeboxes will be delivered to these countries.
Items are coming in for our Operation Christmas Child boxes! Lots of excitement in the air!
Our church" packers" making over a hundred kids happy with some "love in a box"!
We will 'Trust and Adjust' this year as we develop creative ways for our church, families and friends to continue packing boxes for Operation Christmas Child. OCC hasn't been cancelled! Kids are waiting to be delivered a box of hope, full of love and joy.
This week we begin packing boxes at CSBC. We're excited to make a difference in the lives of children around the world. This little fellow will be sure to bring a smile.
Regrettably, we have suspended worship services at Cambridge St Baptist. PLEASE know that this decision was a difficult one, once again, but the covid numbers are such that we must be wise and take precautions.Regrettably, we have suspended worship services at Cambridge St Baptist. Saying "Goodbye" with some of our special times with Pastor Phil, Melanie, Jonathan and David.
It is always a difficult time when a Pastor leaves a church family. We have been shepherded by Pastor Phil for almost 4 years. His recent Sunday video messages have ministered to us as well as to a much wider community. Pastor Phil, Melanie, Jonathan and David have been part of our family and they will be greatly missed. Regrettably, we are frustrated by the Covid restrictions that prevent us from gathering together to celebrate the past and to personally give to each one of them our thanks and very best wishes as they seek to know God's plan for their future. As well as the gift already presented by our Church Council to Pastor Phil, many of our church family have chosen their own special ways to extend expressions of love, appreciation and support. Thank you, Church! God Bless You Pastor Phil, Melanie, Jonathan and David.
