QUICK TIPS: HANDLING & STORING COMPRESSED GAS CYLINDERS Majority of incidents occur while handling/moving cylinders. Here are some tips for handling gas cylinders: Always handle cylinders carefully without ever dropping or striking cylinders;... Cylinder carts with restraints should be utilized to move cylinders. These are available for purchase through Camcarb; Always treat empty cylinders as though they are full, keeping valves closed.
