Winter is knocking on our door and as our sites get tucked away for the winter, we’ll begin to highlight special spots at our sites during their quietest season. Did you know there is a new fishing dock at Ooch Muskoka? Thanks to a gift from @ everhopeful2020 (on Instagram), a sheltered, accessible fishing dock stands ready for Campers when it’s safe to be together again. Spacious and sun-safe it’s been designed to accommodate Campers of all abilities. This generosity was ins...pired by the donor’s father, who enjoyed fishing with his grandchildren. As his own mobility needs changed, he was thrilled when his family made accommodations so he could continue enjoying his favourite pastime. This amazing gift to our Campers pays that kindness forward, and also pays tribute to the family’s wonderful memories.
