Well we made it! So thankful to usher in a New Year! As strange and scary as 2020 was, Real estate was still considered an essential service and the demand for housing was something we did not predict at the start of the pandemic. In March, like many, I worried whether I would have a job, never would I have thought that I would end up having the crazy busy year I did.... Thank you as always to my clients, who trusted me to sell their homes with new safety procedures and different ways of marketing in place, and to my buyer clients, who kept calling and meeting me with masks on and sanitizer in hand to look for their dream homes in a stressful time of heavy competition with others. I am so hoping to be able to one day shake peoples hands again and stop in for visits in their new homes without standing on the doorstep instead with a mask on. Take care everyone and lets have the Best 2021!
