CIGC presents 1hr Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga classes for adults with Ambra. Every Tuesday at 7pm for the next 4 weeks! Classes are focused on muscle activation for proper biomechanical movement patterns and are in essence a healing practice for physical and mental wellbeing.
