Return To Play Update #2 Canterbury Hockey Members, In light of new Public Health Restrictions communicated to all local hockey associations this evening that take effect tomorrow, October 15, 2020, we regret to inform you that Canterbury Hockey Association has postponed all hockey activities effective immediately until November 9, 2020. The new Public Health Restrictions render our hockey activities unsustainable for the time being. Namely, facility limits have been reduc...ed to 10 total participants including coaches for an ice session, no spectators permitted in the facility and no access to changerooms. We are seeking further information from the City of Ottawa to help us determine our next course of action moving forward and will provide more details as they become available. Thank you all for your patience and understanding during these times of constant change, and we look forward to updating you on the next steps as we continue to monitor the situation and more information becomes available to us in the coming weeks. Congratulations to our 2020 Bursary Recipients! Alex Porter is the recipient of the Canterbury Hockey Bursary in honour of the Humboldt Broncos. This bursary is awarded to a graduating player who exemplifies team and community spirit. Evan Tomietto is the recipient of the Canterbury Hockey Bursary. This bursary is awarded to a graduating player who demonstrates commitment to academic achievement, sportsmanship, and leadership.... Congratulations Alex and Evan.
