Yoga With April

Making it official!! I am now certified to teach Kid's Yoga!!

Starting Thursday I'll be back at Home Depot and won't be able to teach on Thursdays. I do, however, get my schedules in advance, so if there is a way for me to teach on a particular day I will be able to. So keep an eye out and watch for updates! Thank you and Namaste!!

I am going to apologize for missing class tonight. Because of this, I will do a make up class tomorrow! Same time, so tune in!!

Hey all.. it's with sadness that I cancel yoga this week. I tried to tough it out, but I promised honestly here, and I'm reacting very negatively to my new meds. Hopefully next week will be better! Love you all! Peace!!
