Hello everyone, Ive received so many messages of support from our members and our community since the board of directors of Portal Players Dramatic Society made the decision to close the Capitol Theatre and suspend our programs and productions for the rest of this season. Those messages have been a pleasant reminder of how much this organization and its programs and productions are valued by our community. Thank you! ... And then, some of our members did something really heartwarming: they chose to give even greater support to our society when we offered them refunds for their cancelled program. I want to send a special thank you and recognize some of the members of our Sea Notes choir who donated their refunds back to Portal Players. Your support is very much appreciated. In these times of economic uncertainty its extraordinary and commendable that youre choosing to support the arts in our community with your dollars. Thank you! PPDS is a registered charity in Canada and will issue tax receipts for all of these donations. Be well, everyonewe shall sing and act and dance together again. ~Brent Ronning, PPDS President

Prorated refunds will be forthcoming to all ...of our educational program participants with more details to follow. Season Ticket holders will be contacted. Thank you for your support and understanding as we navigate through this ever-changing situation.
