Like the Caravan, the Towne Theatre is a part of our local history. All theaters have been severely impacted this past year. The Towne Theatre owner generously donated to Towne to a non profit in hopes of preserving the history & keeping the doors open. The Okanagan Screen Arts Society were great supporters of our first annual Outdoor Cinema endeavor in 2019 & we support them & their efforts to share innovative films year round. A big congratulations to Louise Donnelly, a local Caravan supporter & heritage printmaker who won 12 Days of Winter prize of, 2018 Laird of Fintry Whiskey! There are surely some pieces of wood in the redhouse, cookshack or designery resonating with history needing to have a run through her printing press. Stay tuned for a potential new boutique item for 2021 Thanks again to Buy the Bottle for the donation.

Where's Bernie? TGIF visual serenity. 2021 has started off well with a workshop reorganization & tidy worthy of recognition... almost as much as our willpower to resist the viral meme celebration of a man & his mittens

"When day comes, we ask ourselves where can we find light in this never-ending shade?" This isn't a place for politics, but today was a great day for the world. Let us all celebrate The Hill We Climb & commit to climbing towards equality throughout the human race.

BOX OFFICE GOLD: She’s the voice at the end of the phone, the brain behind the Online sales system, and the heart of the Caravan Box Office... she’s LIZA JUDD, aka Mama Dragon. And she CARES. This year there are a lot of folks who couldn’t get a reservation for the winter show - our reduced capacity has meant that less than a third of the usual tickets were available, so the show sold out in record time. Liza doesn’t like folks to miss out. She has created a Wait List, which she will monitor throughout the run, so please sign up, as cancellations do occur. Thank you Liza

GETTING WINTER SHOW READY with Dolly and Sky

Caravan Farm Theatre 01.10.2020

Do you see that heart in our hearth? The wood stove in our cookshack, the heart of the Caravan Farm Theatre. The place we gather, where meals are shared, meetings are had, songs are sung, the pulse point of our operation. Today's record fast winter show ticket sell out was bittersweet. We were thrilled with the response & excitement surrounding The Gift, yet it also saddens us that we cannot show it to everyone & anyone who loves the Caravan Christmas tradition. Esp...ecially this year when so many long for a feel good holiday experience. The unavoidable disappointment felt by those unable to obtain tickets hurts our hearts. Please go on the wait lists on www.caravanfarmtheatre.com & know we are attempting to find a way to share the show as digital content if it is possible. Would that be of interest, if it was filmed? Would you want to watch it with loved ones safe at home? See more

The Waiting List will be open Wednesday (tomorrow) morning. If you would like to attend please sign up - Covid times being what they are, there may be cancellations. The Wait List is on our tickets sales page.
