#skipper Other than doing sprints or a trail run a couple times a week, I believe this to be one of the best and most portable forms of cardio out there with the added benefits of increasing your general coordination and adding +10 definition and +5 overall power to your calves power up

Since starting our work together, Ian has shedded 20lbs of fat and increased his strength and lean muscle mass consistently week upon week. These two photos are approximately 5 months apart. We’ve been doing 3 strategic workouts a week to tack on muscle in key areas and eating freely, but responsibly. Congratulations Ian! Morning-after armwrestling active recovery. We have a tendency to let our muscles stay cold as they recover, but getting some blood flow into those sore areas through very light resistance and high repetition movement will speed up recovery and growth.
