THROWBACK THURSDAY ... with a twist! Pulling out stamp sets that may be retired, but are too awesome to languish forever on the shelf. Birthday Jubilee was a set in the spring mini catalogue, and these ornate dies really grabbed my attention. As you can see they do the job all by themselves ... I didn't even use a sentiment on the front of this card.

INSPIRING IRIS is a lovely set. I attended a meeting recently where watercolouring was on the docket, and my attempt involved this set. I was wondering how to finish it off, when I realized that I had already created a ink smooshed background that would suit it perfectly. The result has more colour than I usually use .... but I like it :)

Did you notice the Dandelions 3D embossing folder in the catalogue? It's really worth a look - in this card it does most of the work. Add an embossed sentiment, a bit of ribbon and the job is done.
