Exciting days ahead. Last week the core CSCI team met to discuss progress on our #storytelling project 'The Life Of I'. We're planning to expand the project's footprint across social media, and very pleased that things are shaping up nicely. Since we all had met after such a long time, we ended up going to TSUJIRI Toronto. Turns out our ED Jim Wielgosz and Founding Director Victoria Alleyne are both fans of anything Matcha. Our first mentee, and longtime volunteer Karen Wong ...was also with us. She had extended support CSCI across various stages on different grants. We missed her, and so glad she could take time out to break bread with us! Also present was our #Marcomm Manager Azfar Rizvi who is the ED at the Institute Of Canadian Archives, and is also the Creative Director of the 'Life of I' #storytelling project with Dixon Hall. Oh btw ... we are looking forward to meet everyone at YIMBY (Yes In My Backyard) Toronto, do come & say hi. If you'd like to participate as a CSCI volunteer, just inbox us!! :)
