Forgiveness: It is the acceptance of allowing things to be as they are and freeing yourself from grudges or egotistic behaviors and more.... it is the key to opening up your heart and allowing yourself to be even more phenomenal than you already are. It doesn't mean that you've accepted the past - it just means that you've accepted the way things are and it allows you to move on. It's very easy to hold people hostage to their behaviors but it takes a lot of energy to forgive and move on. It allows you to free yourself and that's the greatest gift you can ever give yourself.
