My goodness! Thank God I decided to start slowly and gradually (not fully booking my days this week) because it takes a lot of getting used to with different little things to remember. For example, yesterday, I forgot to pump some sanitizer in my first client’s hands . She was awesome about it. (I love my clients ) Also, I have to remember to change and not forget to desinfect all the door knobs and switches and this and that...Also I have to contact everyone 3-5 days before their appointment to complete a health screening. In a few weeks all this will be second nature but for now it’s completely unfamiliar

In case you didn’t know, with the new COVID protocol I have to change my clothes or covering between each clients. This option is prettier than hospital gowns and more economic than lab coats! What do you think? Avec le nouveau protocole de la COVID, les massothérapeutes doivent se changer entre chaque clients. Cette option est plus jolie que des robes d’hôpital et plus économiques que les manteaux de laboratoire. Qu’en pensez-vous?

COVID posters are up. Hand sanitizer has been transferred into pretty little soap dispenser bottles. And masks will be part of this new adventure. Because we are unable to practice social distancing within my practice I ask that clients ALSO wear the mask. Experts are expecting a new wave. Let’s protect each other and our families mutually. While you’re laying face down you’ll have the option of pulling down the mask to breathe easier. I am always open to discussing any concerns you may have. Little update!

On se prépare pour ouvrir graduellement ayant comme date visée le 25 mai. Je partage ici un document de Travail Sécuritaire NB qui vous donne un aperçu de ce que les lieux de travail doivent faire pour assurer la protection de la communauté. De plus le CMTNB (Collège des masso thérapeute du NB) nous a fourni tous les détails et protocoles à mettre en place, spécifiquement pour le travail de massothérapie. J’ai commencé à prendre des rendez-vous et je vous invite à téléphoner au 532-5636 si vous désirez prendre rendez-vous. Très hâte de vous revoir.

Here’s a glimpse of what businesses are required to do by Worksafe NB to keep everyone healthy. Also, the CMTNB (College of massage therapist of New-Brunswick) provided us with detailed instructions and protocols to put in place specifically for RMT’s. We’re getting ready for a gradual opening. I’m aiming for May 25th. I already started booking and there’s a long list. The line is open at 532-5636 if you wanna book your next appointment. Looking forward to seeing and treating you.

It’s almost time. Government officials have given the ok to start once businesses are ready, with an operational plan in place, personal protective equipment available and all other guidelines and requirements in place. Will announce opening date soon! Looking forward to seeing and treating my wonderful clients once again. Des bonnes nouvelles. Le Nouveau-Brunswick entame une nouvelle phase. Ouverture prochainement, dès que le plan opérationnel sera établi, l’équipement de protection disponible et tout autres lignes directives en place. La date d’ouverture sera annoncée sous peu. Très heureuse de très bientôt pouvoir revoir notre belle clientèle.

Still no news as to when we’ll be able to open up again but slowly getting ready for our new reality. We are waiting for guidelines from our association and professional college.
