I love the reaction I get from young children when I remove their orthokeratology lenses after their first night sleep. This morning I had a 7 year old who wore her lenses one night. OPTICS 101 So just to clear up the confusion............. Nearsightedness means you see things close up. Your distance vision.......watching TV, driving, seeing the front of the class is blurry.... Farsightedness means you can see well at distance but you can't see close up.........reading, or looking at a computer screen etc. Presbyopic means you can't see distance or near. Welcome to the middle ages. You now need bifocals!
