#meettheartist Hey there! I've gotten a big wave of followers lately so I wanted to take a second to introduce myself to those of you who don't know me yet! My name is Melanie and I'm 23. I run a self made home based nail salon out of my little home in New Dundee. I've been doing nails since June on others, but for years on myself. I specialize in Sculpted Acrylic nail enhancements and have a passion for expanding my nail art work. A typical appointment features many laughs, some out of tune singing and an appearance of at least 1 of my 4 furry babies (I have a dog and 3 cats) on top of some super awesome nails. I look forward to meeting all of you one day In the meantime, wear a mask, socially distance and, if you're a US follower, register to vote!

LIFE UPDATE: the move went over really well and my studio is *nearly* complete! I have a few finishing touches to add and then I'll be all ready to start accepting clients again! Thank you all for your patience during this time, I can't wait for you all to see the new and improved Cat Scratch Studio!!! Ugh I miss you all so much!
