Catterall & Wright, we have a bobsled team! These guys did a great job building and racing a bobsled made out of only cardboard and tape. They represented Catterall & Wright well at the Cardboard Cup at Optimist Hill.

The day is almost here! Catterall & Wright is proud to have been the Prime Consultant for the Optimist Hill project. Our innovative team members designed and managed various aspects of this project including slope development, site grading, sewer & water servicing, a snow service building, and equipment for snowmaking and lift systems. The project involved moving 154,000 cubic meters of dirt, enough to fill 60 Olympic sized swimming pools. The hill height was increased by ...10.2 metres, resulting in a top to bottom height of over 24 metres of downhill fun. Thats equivalent to 5 adult giraffes! We are pleased to have donated many hours of consulting services to give back to a project that will ultimately change the way we spend our winters in this great city. We worked with some pretty amazing partners throughout this project who all helped #buildthehill. Congratulations to all involved. We are thrilled to see this type of project come to fruition in time to enjoy the facilities in 2019. Looking forward to seeing you at the Optimist Hill Opening Celebration!
