How many of you have been out to Abraham Lake? If you have pictures I’d love to see them (you can message me or post a link to your page in the comments)! I didn’t see a ton of ice bubbles this time around but the designs the cracks made in the ice were just as cool!
Let us live like flowers...wild and beautiful and drenched in the sun ~Ellen Everett
Anyone else appreciate when people integrate their culture into their weddings? Essi and Chris had a separate African wedding where they included decor, patterns, traditions, and food from Essi’s culture and I think it is so beautiful!!

Now I see fire, inside the mountain I see fire, burning the trees And I see fire, hollowing souls I see fire, blood in the breeze And I hope that you'll remember me

In a fast paced culture focused on constant progression , striving for economic satisfaction , and not missing a beat, this sudden change of pace and uncertainty can feel unsettling. As a Christian I believe that God can make all things work together for good. Weather you believe in God, something else, or nothing at all, I challenge you to use this time to stop, breath, and think about the areas you can find a sense of peace, hope, or joy. Think about how community’s have come together, or maybe how being forced to slow down allows you to to take the time to connect and reflect. Don’t live in fear but in hope. It is so easy to focus on the negative, I would love to hear how you have experienced something positive in this time.
