Sorry but I do not know the author to quote this properly but I can tell you it is all about the small ripples that we create with positive energy and kindness, which grow outwards to become giant waves that change our universe without our knowledge.

This is so true. Be mindful of what you put in and what you send out. Live and kindness always.

Sometimes life can feel this way and the hardest part is getting started...but if you can just get one foot underneath you... Things will get better. Begin small by joining a yoga class, taking a walk, or taking a step back from social media. Not all changes need to occur at once so be patient and just bring yourself out of that water one inch at a time. Stay strong and take the first baby step to directing your life on a more content path.

Aerial yoga can seem very intimidating but you will be presently surprised at what you can accomplish in only one or two classes. There is no weight or size limit, so fight your fears and give this fun and exhilarating style of yoga a chance!

Just a humbling reminder of how vast the universe is compared to our meager existence. It is important to understand how small our experience is here on this earth, but know that the energy we put forth has a ripple effect outward on those around us, and the universe as a whole. It's time!!! As of August 4th, the studio will return to full time classes! There will be Aerial, Hatha, and Restorative yoga classes, as per the posted schedule on our website, while we continue to offer private classes as well. A lot of the time... This is me. Lol I have to remind myself that life is all about balance. Don't sweat the small stuff and make time for yourself instead of worrying about every little thing. Namaste

It is time! The studio is opening for stage 2 of our phased reopening! Starting this week on July 8th, we will be offering classes two days a week, on Wednesdays at 8pm for restorative yoga and Thursdays at 7pm for Hatha. We are limiting the number of participants per class to 6 people so social distancing can be maintained. Extra cleaning measures are in place after each class and hand sanitizer available for everyone. We ask the people bring their own yoga mat. This full color magazine is available in Orillia and you will see that Celestial Rose Yoga Studio was voted best yoga center and is featured in a half page spread. So excited and honored! It's time to celebrate! The studio is beginning to reopen! We are opening in phases and the first stage is to open for private classes in the studio. Single student or small private groups of 5 students or less can book in for classes in person at the studio. I can't wait to see you all back and I will keep you posted when we open for the second stage!
