We kindly ask that patients show up to the clinic with their own masks. Due to a delay in our ordering processes, we unfortunately cannot provide masks at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

Unless otherwise requested by Alberta Health Services on Friday, Centennial Health will be seeing patients in person as of Monday, May 25th. We will however, still be offering telephone consults if requested by the patient. - We will have a hand sanitizer station set up in the vestibule and ask that patients use sanitizer before entering the clinic. - We will provide masks to patients if needed - Please do not wear gloves to the clinic. If you would prefer to have gloves on, ...the clinic will provide some - No more than 5 people will be allowed in the waiting room at a given time - For your own safety, we might request that you wait in your vehicle until such time that we can safely accommodate you in an exam room - Patients who show upper respiratory symptoms, or any COVID-19 symptoms listed by AHS, are asked to do the self-assessment online and phone 811. - Patients who do not follow the guidelines, will be asked to leave and do the self assessment before entering the clinic. We apologize for any convenience that this may cause, however our primary purpose is to keep you safe. Kind regards Centennial Health physicians

No gathering is allowed of more than 15 people in one indoor or outdoor location. If a gathering does occur there has to be a distance of 2 meters maintained between ALL individuals. If you are aware of people gathering in groups and they are not adhering to the rules, please file a complaint at: https://ephisahs.microsoftcrmportals.com/create-case/ (The safest advice still is to not have a gathering at all)

A non-medical mask can only help if you use them right make sure it fits, don’t touch it when it’s on and still keep your distance from others. Wash your hand...s before and after you wear a mask, don’t share it and be sure to throw it away in a lined garbage bin when you’re done with it.
