So it looks like I will be heading back to he clinic, but it won’t be for the fourth of May. Getting a supply of protective gear is difficult these days. I am working on it. Because of this it looks like I won’t be opening before the middle of May at the earliest. To those who have appointments scheduled in the next couple of weeks, I will be in touch. Long post alert! To all of my patients with upcoming appointments, as we all now know our covid bubble has burst in Weyburn. I plan to continue with all appointments as planned using proper PPE as I have been for the past two months. If you have been asked to self isolate, monitor or are feeling uneasy about moving around in our community I would ask that you inform me and we can rearrange your appointment. As always my patients health (physical and mental) is of the utmost ...importance. I ask that everyone try to show their neighbours love, kindness and patience during these times. You dont know the things happening in the lives of those you meet so withhold judgement. Wear your masks, they have been scientifically proven to help stop you from spreading your germs about. Wash your hands, this is good common sense really. And take care of you and yours, both mentally and physically. Seek help if you feel you need it during these times. We got this Weyburn! Lets keep it classy and keep being the community I am proud to call home and proud to raise my family in!

It is with great sadness that I have to announce the temporary closure of the clinic and yoga studio. At this time it is uncertain how long this closure will be for. The safety of my patients and yogis is of the utmost importance to me and at this time this is the best decision for everyone. Stay home; stay safe and for CRYIN OUT LOUD WASH YOUR HANDS! I have made the decision to CANCEL yoga classes until further notice. Please continue with a home practice to help manage the stress of this difficult time. Dont feel alone. During this challenging time responses to inquiries regarding appointments may be delayed. As I monitor this developing situation I will be doing my best to make decisions that are best for my patients, my family and myself. This may include postponing current appointments and delaying intake of new patients. At this time I am open for business as usual. I hope it gets to remain this way.

After a wonderful two weeks at home with my kids where I actually didnt want to send them back to school after being home with them for two days, I am excited to be back in the office tomorrow! Classes resume for yoga on Tuesday at noon!
